Responsibilities -Establish staff schedules, task assignments to ensure deliverance with department objectives and goals. -Dealing directly with Government to obtain all licenses. -Develop and maintain relations with existing and new clients. -Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary plans. -Responsible for the overall business performance of the company. -Responsible for ensuring cost control in terms of food and beverage stock, manpower cost, and operational cost. -Train, develop and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. -Negotiate agreements with outside providers and subcontractors to ensure highest quality of service. -Maintain, develop and improve company’s image in terms of customer service. -Drive initiatives to increase the profile of the company. -Devise and implement marketing promotional campaigns. -Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained. -Full responsibility for managing and meeting all committed budgets related to the Staff. -Work and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the best reputation within the industry. -Monitor Stock levels at all times. -Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation are met. -Ensure that the industry standard with regard to safety and hygiene are upheld by employees.

Salary: AED 3000 – 3500 Employment Visa: Provided Medical Insurance: Provided
