Job Description:
- Prepare coffee and other beverages for the employees and guests of the office. This may include making espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee, and preparing tea.
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning the coffee-making equipment, such as the espresso machine, grinder, and brewing equipment. They may also be responsible for ordering supplies and restocking items as needed.
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome, as well as take and fulfill their beverage orders promptly.
- maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as ensure that the seating and common areas of the office are clean and tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service, be friendly and personable, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their drinks and overall experience
