A highly progressive home healthcare company is looking for a smart, dynamic healthcare hr/operations/nursing professional to work as nursing co-ordinator. Ideally from a nursing background, she/he must have knowledge of home healthcare working in UAE. She/he will be responsible for sourcing, scheduling duties/roaster, orientation, training and ensuring that the nurses/care-givers do their duties properly with full efficiency.
Please note that it is operations intensive role, so the candidate has to be hands-on, energetic with excellent employee handling skills and should know how to get job done from them on-time.
