·       General

·       Supervise the teaching and non-teaching teams at the nursery

·       Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursery

·       Take responsibility for the efficiency of the nursery and the delivery of a high-quality service

·       Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment to promote and support learning through play

·       Communicate with internal and external organization (including management,

teachers and assistants as well as parents and contractor, sub-contractors or vendors)

for specific matters

·       Develop and implement the policies and procedures (related to accidents, incidents,

complaints and emergencies)

·       Align the plans of the nursery with the EYFS curriculum

·       Develop and implement the strategy of the nursery with the owner

·       Report the progress of the nursery to the owner

·       Improve the daily functions of the nursery

·       Work with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the children’s needs are met

·       Run the nursery in line with environmental standards, health and safety rules and fire regulations

·       Ensure the top condition of the equipment, toys, furniture and fixtures

·       Develop and implement the most important policies and procedures (including health and safety,

admissions, behavior management, child protection, safeguarding, collection of children,

complaints, data protection, equality and others)

·       Lead the sales and marketing in coordination with the team

·       Publish a regular newsletter in coordination with the team

·       Organize the events and the initiatives of the nursery
