Job Responsibilities:
*Identify and meet with potential clients to discuss their real estate needs. *Provide advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties. *Conduct property viewings with clients and follow up on leads. *Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients. *Research the real estate market to stay up-to-date on current trends and property values. *Assist clients with the preparation of property documents and contracts. *Build and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals. *Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company’s services. *Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis. Experience in the real estate industry is not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of success in real estate sales. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
