- Update member profiles on the CRM system
- Process membership applications
- Liaise with clients and potential clients via email/phone
- Send calendar invites in different time zones
- Liaise with suppliers
- Research
- Send out reminders/follow ups
- Assisting with room set-up and registrations
- Sending marketing packs to potential to members
