Job Description:

·         Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

·         Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

·         Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

·         Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

·         Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

·         Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

·         Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

·         Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

·         Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

·         At least one year working experience in related field. 

·         Knowledgeable in professional photography is advantageous.

·         Social Media posting experience with some content writing is preferred.

·         Strong communication and written skills in English to liaise with English speaking clients. Arab Speaking is an advantage.

·         Effective interpersonal skills and well-organized.

·         A team player and ability to work independently without supervision.

·         Possess analytical skills and willing to take new challenges.
