Encourage purchasers of holiday preview packages to redeem their certificates and make reservations. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Approach qualified clients and book them directly to attend a timeshare presentation
• Co-ordinate with Reception to book the client at an available date and time for the presentation
• Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound inquires and outbound calls to likely prospects
• Generate qualified leads of clients who might be interested in attending a timeshare presentation or in receiving a marketing offer in the future
• Encourage purchasers of holiday preview packages to redeem their certificates and make reservations
• Exceed minimum production requirements set by management
• Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews
• Actively provide service which exceeds our guests’ expectations
• Maintain a management approved administration, lead tracking and file system
• Obey all departmental and procedural rules
• Generate guest correspondence where necessary
