· Manage HR processes for the team
· Handle the team and their grievances
· Ensure proper code of conduct and culture maintained in the team
· Proper processes etc are put in place for efficient working
· Ensure tools and techniques provided to the team are being followed
· Keep a tracker on their start date, probation period ending, appraisals etc
· Organize team building for the team on a periodic basis
· New office hunting when and if needed
· Putting the paperwork etc in place for any processes related to the office and team
