Our Real estate company is looking for a Maintenance Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
Supervises all maintenance workers
Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
Responds to maintenance requests

Minimum 5 Years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
