Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to track and manage logistics activities Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments Assist in managing inventory levels and replenishment processes Resolve issues related to transportation, customs, and logistics operations Provide regular updates on shipment status to internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

Requirements: Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
