We are looking for a newest member of our growing family in the form of Listing Agent who can join immediately and provide an exceptional contributions to the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and rental inquiries from client/s through phone call, email and in person, offer them property consultancy services.
- Helps Real Estate Agents by listing properties on demand.
- Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
- Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent and Generate new property listings via networking, site-visits and regular meetings and cold-calls.
- Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
- Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
- Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and need to be updated on all topmost developer projects.
