A leading group of companies is looking to hire a leasing executive for its Real Estate division-Leasing. Incumbent must be a Graduate/Post graduate with prior experience in leasing of residential & commericial units. Must be sales savy & with excellent coordination skills holding valid qatar driving license and own car with visa transferable option to join at the earliest. 

1-Fully aware of the Real Esate Division’s Business Plans and Targets.

2-Must bring the Regular and Profitable Contracts as a Primary Responsibility, capable to increase the profitability as per the Targets Given.

3- Maintains data base and or network of prospective tenants.     Interviews prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.

4-  Meet and accompanies the prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy/lease, and provide information about the available facilities.   

5-   Act as liaisons between the Company and leasing tenants in processing required formalities

6- Manage and must be aware of the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the properties.

7-  Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property lease, safekeeping and monitor of same.
