This role involves customer engagement, sales presentations, and fostering relationships to drive rental bookings.

Key Responsibilities: Actively seek new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. Provide information about car rental options, rates, and packages to customers, guiding them through the rental process and addressing inquiries. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting rental options and closing deals. Coordinate with the rental team to ensure availability and smooth delivery of vehicles to clients. Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Participate in marketing activities, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry, is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build rapport. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software for sales tracking. Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous.
