Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum for kindergarten students. Plan and conduct engaging lessons that foster social, emotional, and academic development. Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that promotes learning. Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture and provide a safe space for students. Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents. Communicate with parents and guardians about students’ performance and development. Collaborate with school staff to coordinate special programs or activities. Participate in professional development and stay current with early childhood education trends. Ensure compliance with state and school guidelines for kindergarten education. Provide a supportive and nurturing learning experience for young learners.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Teaching certification is a plus). Previous experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education. Passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of their developmental needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a team. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
