- Respond to daily queries of clients for bookings, events reservations and promptly identify the needs of clients/ potential clients’ to secure business
- Upsell and add on sell to maximize revenue and meet all clients’ needs, fully
- Liaise with Head Chef regarding function menus and special requirements
- Invite client feedback at every opportunity in order to recommend improvements to the operations
- Send events promotions pro-actively throughout the year to generate new potential business opportunities
