Job Job Opportunity Details: Join our Information Technology team as an IT Support professional and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to provide technical assistance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical problems Conduct training sessions for staff on IT-related topics Maintain accurate records of IT support activities Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies Implement and enforce IT security protocols Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned

Requirements: Proven experience in IT support or a related field Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
