Key Responsibilities
- Source mid to senior level, specialist candidates for leading regional and global businesses
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT or technical recruiter
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and other technical roles
