As the IT Support Engineer/IT Engineer, you will be responsible for all L1/L2 related support and Networking related activities for the organisation.

DescriptionProvide technical support or training for systems and networks for the organisation.Manage PABX, IP Telephony and video conferencing systems.Oversee and troubleshoot local and offshore related communication (4G, VSAT, FBB, Leased Line).Manage user accounts and email management.Carry out regular server and network maintenance tasks.Ensure data is backed up on a regular basis.Ensure the right computer security measure are in place, patches are updated, and anti-virus is up to date.Oversees file & applications management on centralised resource (e.g. server), SAN/NAS or on individual workstations.
ProfileBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.3-7 years of overall IT experience in a large organisation.Strong experience in managing/providing support in a Cloud environment (Azure, O365).At least 2-3 years of experience in designing, managing, configuring, and maintaining networking and security products.Strong knowledge of CCTV, IP Telephony is required.Experience in VSAT communication will be desirable.CCNA/MCSA certification is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills and must be willing to travel for offshore support when/if the need arises.Immediately available or candidates with shorter notice periods would be highly desirable due to the immediate nature of the requirement.
