- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment and system security
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations
- Maintain servers such as Hyper-V, file servers, database servers, active directory, and maintain efficiency on VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems
- Configure firewalls, cisco switches, routers, IP phones, CCTV systems
- Make recommendations for future upgrades and work with vendors to improve any aspects of Information Technology of the company
- Manage Office 365 Admin portal – create, delete and edit users and their email accounts. Monitor incoming and outgoing emails. Prevent intrusion of malwares, viruses, phishing attacks and social engineering. Enforce cybersecurity policies
- Maintain inventory of network facilities such as computers, laptops and as well as printers, mobile phones, tablets, etc
