Network infrastructure

· Configurations and network management

· Firewall management.

· Providing mechanisms for identity and access management according to organizational policies

· Monitoring network infrastructure health and traffic flows

· Hardware deployment, upgrades, and support.

· Set up intranet, LAN & WAN technologies.

· Managing day to day operations

· Troubleshooting day to day issues

· Experience in setting up Cloud technologies – Azure or AWS

Server management

Managing and provisioning infrastructure resources for internal users and external users including customers and partners Managing configuration changes and IT workloads Managing software licensing and upgrades Setting up and authorizing software, hardware, and server resources for new users. EMAIL server setup & management Keeping a server’s operating system patched and updated Regularly updating third-party software essential to the operation of the server and removing third-party software that doesn’t conform to established cybersecurity standards Using strong and more complex passwords and developing strong password policies for users Locking user accounts if a certain number of failed login attempts are registered and removing needless accounts Disabling USB ports at boot Implementing multi-factor authentication Using self-encrypting drivesor AES encryptionto conceal and protect sensitive information Using firmware resilience technology, memory encryption, antivirus and firewall protection, and advanced cybersecurity suites specific to your operating system. · Experience in setting up Cloud technologies – Azure or AWS

· Managing day to day operations

Workstation management -Windows/Linux/MacOS

Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices. Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality. Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications. Hardening workstation with security policies. Disable Windows 10 automatic login. Set a password with your screensaver. Turn on your firewall. Disable remote access. Enable or install antivirus protection tools. Enable Data loss prevention tools Enable auto-updates for your operating system. Set up file backups. Turn on encryption. Set up your user accounts. Set up a password manager. Implement logging and monitoring. Disable personal email account. Disable USB drive. Enabling and configuring Secure Boot Limiting and authenticating system access permissions Limiting or eliminating the creation and logging in of user accounts · Managing day to day operations

· Troubleshooting day to day issues

Office – 365

· Experience in deploying O365 for the organization

· Experience in migrating google workspace docs and email to O365 apps
