Handle a high performing inventory management team Set up and implement inventory management policies as well as procedures Conduct weekly and monthly physical assets as well as tools count in the company and highlight variances to the management Work with the warehouse team to implement and ensure control system to reduce damage, breakage as well as inventory obsolescence Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc inventory levels Preserve acceptable and accurate inventory levels at inventory locations Maintain accurate posting of all inventory transactions into the system
Prepare books of accounts and keep these updated accordingly and including financial analysis & Reporting. Documents financial transaction by entering account information. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secure financial security by following internal backups. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Analyze business operations, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Prepare sales report to the Management malls as per request Ensure compliance to the United Arab emirates laws including contraventions and degree of penalties as per United Arab emirates laws and perform.
