Job Job Opportunity Details: We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Auditor to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Auditor will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and ensuring the efficient management of stock levels.
Responsibilities: Conduct regular and systematic audits of warehouse inventory. Verify and reconcile physical inventory with records in the system. Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective measures. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with the warehouse team to develop and implement inventory management best practices. Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management review. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and improve accuracy. Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and inventory replenishment. Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor inventory movements. Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding inventory issues, discrepancies, and improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in inventory management or auditing, preferably in a warehouse setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
