Job Job Opportunity Details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant. The Inventory Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting audits, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming inventory. Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy. Update and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage inventory flow. Monitor and reorder low-stock items to prevent shortages. Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory counts. Generate reports on inventory levels and movement. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory management or a related role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices. Ability to use inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in inventory management is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
