Indoor sales representatives sell products and services to customers either in an office environment or a store retail location. In each setting, they will primarily deal with either walk-in customers or source sales via email, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls. An Inside Sales Representative is a professional who converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
