We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Human Resource Specialist to join our team and support various HR functions. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and other HR processes. Your expertise in HR policies, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our company’s human resource operations.

Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee onboarding and orientation, including benefits enrollment. Process payroll and maintain accurate records of hours worked and leave balances. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts. Coordinate performance evaluations and provide support to managers in performance management. Manage leave requests, time-off tracking, and attendance records. Provide support in training and development initiatives. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Human Resource Specialist or in a similar HR role is required. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools for recordkeeping and data analysis. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred. HR certification is a plus.
