
Job summary:
– Assist all the HR function including Recruitment, Employee Relation and Organizational Capability team in day-to-day tasks and assignments, ensuring the accurate and on time data entry of all HR records, ensure that all filing and archiving is being done in a consistent way.
Principle Responsibilities:
Assisting the Recruitment, Employee Relation and Organizational Capability
– Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria
– Coordinate and liaise with applicants regarding assessment centers, psychometric testing etc.
– Assist the Organization Capability team in implementing the training plan within the organization.
– Keep all training and development records, session attendances and coordinate with other departments’ training initiatives and consolidate them in monthly reports
– Conduct post training analyzes, document them and inform back the line managers through keeping a close feedback mechanism with them regarding day-to-day development initiatives.
– Assist the Organization Capability in the process of performance management.
– Assist Employee Relation team in HR Services
