Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Executive to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill open positions. Can work on policies and procedures for smooth functioning. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The candidate should be flexible to cover all HR-related functions and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of team members.

Job Description

• Create job descriptions and post them.
• Check out several job sites like LinkedIn to find possible prospects.
• Pre-screening calls should be made to assess the skills of applicants.
• To find new talent, collaborate with recruiting firms and headhunters.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to determine upcoming job vacancies and their technical specifications.
• Setting up interviews via the phone, on video, or in person.
• Offering job positions and completing the necessary documentation.
• Keeping track of all applicants and informing them of the application procedure.
• Review procedures and policies to ensure compliance
• Be familiar with handling grievances
• Can handle employees engagement activities
• Expertise in operations and administration
• Able to respond to candidates’ questions about pay and perks
• Support all other HR related functions
