
- Transfer data from paper formats into central database systems using by data recorders or optical scanners
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Assist in consolidating and categorizing HR related documents
- Provide logistic support to daily HR management, including routine correspondences drafting and meeting arrangements
- Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety procedures.
- Work with all departments to ensure that the company maintains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Other duties as assigned
