We are hiring for an admin executive for a Facility Management company located in JVC, Dubai.
Male/Female Any Nationality UAE Experience is mandatory. The salary will depends on the qualification.
Working hours: 8:30 to 5:00 Saturday to Thursday.
Duties & responsibilities
1.Coordinating & arranging schedule for AMC’s as per the contract.
2.Arranging the drills as per the DM requirements.
3.Receiving inquiries, making quotations and following up with the client.
4.Renewal of the employees insurance.
5.Maintaining files and office records specially the expiration dates of the documents.
6. Following up with AMC’s if there is any pending jobs/rectification.
7. Comply documents/evidences required by consultants.
8. Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
