Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: up to 6500 AED ( inclusive of accommodation) – Food will be available during duty hours;
Experience:
4- 5 years in catering as Senior CDP or Sous Chef or Head Chef Well experienced in catering – low budget as well as corporate catering. Thorough knowledge about recipe preparation/ costing/cooking methodologies is a must. Experience in Indian/ Pakistani/ Nepal cuisine is required; knowledge about other cuisines will be an added advantage. Able to lead the team as well meet customers. HACCP, Food safety knowledge Computer and IT knowledge to make basic reports, recipes, menu… Restaurant and cloud kitchen experience is an added advantage Duty hours : 10 (9 +1 hr break) ; 1 off day in week Immediate joiners
