
Oversee all products on Jebel Jais mountain and implement strategies to maximize customer participation, experience, and profit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Working with finance team to compile and present reports, budgets, business plans,
commentaries, and financial statements.
– Managing entire on mountain team of up to 60 employees.
– Managing colleagues, workloads, and deadlines.
– Produce and review staff / product / policy documents.
– Preparation and management of staffing roster.
– Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
– Meeting and working with clients.
– Driving business and developing strategies for further promotion and revenue increase of
products and business units.
– Collaborating with different departments to ensure unity in direction and operations.
– Helping manage trip schedules, operations, and large groups.
– Optimizing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality of product and amazing
customer experience.
– Internal auditing and reviews of financial and operational practices.
– Responsible for ensuring the safety of the employees and customers on the products.
– Perform additional duties
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
– Must have 2-3 years of experience in adventure facilities in the UAE.
– Must have minimum of 5 year experience upper management positions.
