Job Description:
- Responsible for the operations of Facility Management specializing iir cooling and refrigeration systems and execute plans using CAFM systems
- Overall in charge on various fields such as sales and marketing, planning, budgeting, facility and maintenance, engineering, development etc.
- Present in conjunction with the Financial Officer, reports for the Board of Directors in identifying concerns, improvements and performance against targets, operations recommendations, people management, client management, presenting at board level and commercial management
- Responsible in reviewing and preparation of the budget, funding limitations, timetable and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects
- Develop, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of maintenance and inspection programs to ensure an appropriate level of customer service are met
