As Front Office Receptionist, We Rely On You To

Conduct the guest check-in/check-out procedures
Manage the day-to-day front desk operation
Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to our guests
Responds to all manners of inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room features
Coordinate with various departments to ensure guests’ requirements are met
