Front Office Executive / HR Assistant - Arab Candidates 

You will be the front face of our organization and manage all visitors in a professional way. Handle the front desk by attending phone calls, manage the meeting room, responsible for maintaining the accurate records of company documentation etc. Should be having a diplomatic approach and expertise in handling a busy front office with good computer skills in MS office.

The job role involves the following duties:

Candidate Requirements

Should be in the Age Group of 22 to 35 Yrs & Have experience in Front office administration, document controller activities etc.

Able to communicate in English/Arabic 

Degree/Diploma Holder, Should be experienced in ERP Administration.

Qatar/GCC experienced Female, Doha based Candidates with NOC / Husband Sponsorship only preferred.

Office Location & Salary Details

Office at D-Ring Road, Near to Lulu Hyper Market. Net salary will be in the range of Qrs.4,000/- along with Transportation, Medical, Insurance, Leave Salary, Gratuity, Leave Air tickets etc.
