
• Address clients’ phone and email inquiries.
• Resolve guest queries as per international standard, quality effectively and courteously.
• Provide prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition to the clients.
• Coordinate with studio team members and manage the schedule of studio departments.
• Compile statistics for the front office and provide reports relating to that area.
• Prepare required weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure all monetary transactions are conducted in accordance with the company’s protocols.
