
An amazing opportunity via Job Advisor has come up for several Food and Beverage Managers to join our partners’ new hotel establishment. They look for managers to provide leadership to ensure the Food and Beverage operations achieves its targets and manages the guest experience and overall profitability of the hotel whilst maintaining excellent standards.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Â Â
- Manage the profitability of their food and beverage outlet in order to report back to management, identify problem areas and implement improving measures.
- Coordinate the organizational and administrative functions in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Be creative and invent special promotions and activities that generate additional revenue and let the establishment gain interest.
- Manage all service and food & beverage standards in the outlets and its kitchens  and ensure that staff take corrective actions if necessary.
- Management of all equipment, service methods, and presentation to improve guest satisfaction and profits
- Set annual operating budgets which will form part of the Overall Business Plan
- Ensure that HACCP and any other regulations are adhered to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
- Make sure all staff is up to date with market needs and trends and ensuring that their performance and product matches these trends and needs.
- Train and develop staff so they are able to operate independently.
- Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require
