We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our finance team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial insights. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Implement financial controls and risk management strategies. Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals. Manage and mentor finance team members. Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and financial partners.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role is essential. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset and ability to provide strategic financial insights. Proficiency in using financial software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
