Our client is a leading Agricultural Commodity Trading enterprise that has a global footprint. They are seeking to expand their team and are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager for their UAE facility.
DescriptionAnalyse strategic and annual plans to formulate effective financial strategiesGauge business performance by assessing the company’s budgets against actual resultsPrepare financial statements in compliance with legislation and ensure that all accounting procedures and systems are updated to meet these requirementsGauge financial risk by utilising benchmarks, ratios and trend analysis. Subsequently, provide recommendations to mitigate themPrepare budgets, forecast and trend analysis periodicallyImplement strategies that maximise cash flow management to derive the highest return on investmentMonitor the capital structure of the organisation and identify the ideal combination of debt, equity and internal financingImplement new policies and procedures to streamline business activities
Profile7+ years of experience within a Senior Managerial positionPrior experience working for a (agricultural) commodity trading business is mandatoryExperience with a dry bulk commodity organisation is advantageousFluent in Arabic (mandatory)Ability to multitask effectivelyExcellent analytical skillsSolid interpersonal skills
