We are hiring for a Facility/Maintenance Engineer for our Real Estate company located in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities: – Preparing maintenance contract based on property requirements – Preparing maintenance plans and requirements based on maintenance contracts – Preparing and developing weekly, monthly & annual preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and service department; Preparing weekly and monthly reports – Preparing weekly maintenance checklist including all dates, material, tests and resources needed – Documenting operation & maintenance manuals – Responding to on-call service requests and issuing works orders – Traveling to client/tenant locations for equipment and/or maintenance related inspection. – Diagnosing, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions – Ensuring service reports are completed on a regular basis – Coordinating with various departments for the proper planning and execution of maintenance and service work – Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status and progress – Conforming to quality system procedures and requirements – Continuously improving the operation, maintenance and service department – Proving technical support and training on new equipment – Ensuring proper site health and safety measures are taken – Supervising maintenance technicians and staff – Other duties may be assigned
