Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sellers and service centers ensuring serviceability and enhancing the after-sales sellers, service centers, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, finance, and warehouse.
- Attend all warranty claim-related complaints.
- Calling sellers/service centers and customers.
- Reporting and MIS of the task.
