Job Description:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Assisting in the management of food inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner and are consistent with the hotel’s standards of excellence
