Exciting Opportunity: Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives. Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize meetings, including taking minutes when required. Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in office software and equipment. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Location: Dubai, UAE
