Position: Executive Assistant to Head of Corporate Development

CORE SKILLS

Data Handling •    Experience with Pivot tables •    Receiving and processing data •    Ability to display data in an understandable format for end users; especially when it comes to reports and presentation•    Setting up of automatic reports for outcomes on data being tracked

Admin and Secretarial Support •    Organizing meetings (internal and external), arranging all the requirements pertaining to the agenda to be discussed•    Gathering critical information from meetings and producing insightful reports (MOMs). •    Strong involvement in data gathering through different sources and analysing the information required for administrative reporting•    Making of appointments

Sales and Marketing•    Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to aid in strategical planning•    Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction•    Conceptualizing, planning, analyzing, and implementing necessary measures to ensure the delivery of efficient services•    Awareness and/or experience of the function and roles of sales and/or marketing

Attributes •    Good written and verbal communications skills •    Excellent time keeping•    Self-motivating •    Ability to work independently•    To be able to meet deadlines and time scales

Salary will be between 5,000 QR to 7,000 QR depending on experience and interview results.
