- Act as a first point of contact for Novomed’s Executive Management: dealing with correspondence, phone calls & receiving guests.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Manage day-to-day running of the head office by provide general administrative and clerical support which includes data entry, scanning, copying, etc.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems in the office.
- Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments for the C-level executives when asked.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for business / personal trips as well as events and conferences in line with Management’s directives.
- Reminding and following up on important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems – electronic & hardcopies.
- Take minutes of meeting in any internal / external meetings as and when required.
- Ability to follow and implement miscellaneous tasks like: conducting research or any other activity.
- Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.
