We are seeking an experienced and organized Event Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the execution of various events. As an Event Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of events by managing event staff, logistics, and operations. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the success of our events and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage event staff, including coordinators, assistants, and vendors. Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events. Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, catering, audiovisual, and decor. Ensure all event details are executed according to the client’s vision and company standards. Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and provide updates. Monitor event activities to ensure they run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues. Manage event budgets and expenses, tracking costs and staying within allocated funds. Collaborate with marketing to promote events and ensure attendance goals are met. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.

Qualifications: Previous experience as an Event Supervisor or in a similar event management role is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of event planning principles and logistics. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
