We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating a wide range of events, from weddings and conferences to banquets and corporate meetings. Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences. Plan and coordinate events, including selecting venues, creating event timelines, and arranging catering services. Collaborate with various departments within the hotel, including catering, audiovisual, and housekeeping, to ensure all event requirements are met. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and budgets for clients. Coordinate event logistics, such as transportation, decor, and entertainment. Supervise event setup and execution to ensure everything runs smoothly. Provide on-site support during events to address any issues or changes. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers. Stay updated on industry trends and event planning best practices. Manage event budgets and financial aspects, including invoicing and payment processing.

Qualifications: Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Proficiency in event planning software and tools is a plus. A commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences.
