•Drive and lead the implementation and the improvement of administrative processes in EMEA, in collaboration with other departments (Finance, QRA, Supply chain…), including the following activities (not limited to):
•Supplier management •Invoice management •Fleet/phone management •Admin Induction for new starters •Loans and rents fee negotiations / renewal, in compliance with policies and company guidelines
•Manage and lead the organization of office meetings / events for all EMEA countries, in collaboration with the local teams, also ensuring full alignment with policies and budget; •Develop good knowledge of the EMEA policies and act as “go to person”; •Ensure data accuracy and demonstrate very good commands of Microsoft 365; •Support in managing the Visa processes.
