• Preparation of load schedule • Coordination with client, consultant & other departments. • General Arrangements, Layouts and plans. Single line diagrams, protection diagrams, schematic diagrams. • Prepare design options and documents • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. • Knowledge of preparation of Submittals & method statements. • Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs. • Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities. • Prepare shop drawings, supplier drawing and technical submittals • Performs technical tender analysis and prepares tender evaluation report. • Manage the day-to-day work of the technician team. • Ensure the work is carried according to what has been designed. • Coordinate with procurement department for ordering of materials and finalizing of subcontractors. • Coordinate with different MEP services for successful completion of project. • Attend weekly meeting with client representative and contractors on project status and progress. • Ensure site related deviations/rework are recorded & informed to management and clients. • Ensure testing & commissioning is done properly before handover to client. • UAE driving license preferable
