A reputed E commerce company in Qatar is currently hiring a Qualified E- Commerce service agent that fits our below requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• To Respond the customer messages and phone calls quickly and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism while customer orders on online channels and telephone calls.
• Ensure resolution to customer complaints, returns, replacements and cancellations• Assisting manager in operations.
• Local Hire (inside Qatar) only- Male or Female
• Relevant Experience is a must
